White RAL 9003 dust reducing cabinet for Formula 1 Team

One of the leading Formula 1 teams phoned us with some very specific requirements for a floor standing cabinet for use in one of their wind tunnel labs. These requirements included reducing the amount of dust entering the cabinet while still allowing for a decent level of airflow, having the cabinet and all its accessories in white, and ensuring it was built to within a 1mm tolerance.

We provided them with an RAL9003 (white) network cabinet with IP rated dust filters and brush strips around the cable entry points to reduce the level of inbound dust while still ensuring new air could enter the cabinet for cooling the equipment contained within.

Non-standard wall cabinets

An installer contacted us regarding their requirements for some larger than standard wall mount cabinets. Having been assured they would make sure wall fixings were the very best they could be we were able to quote for 800mm wide by 600mm deep wall mount cabinets along with accessories to populate these cabinets.

As a customer we hope to secure an account with, we also offered one of the cabinets at a very reasonable rate.

Standard floor standing cabinet installations

We were approached by a new customer to us who not only wanted for us to provide them with a quote, but also to help explain various features of the cabinets. Phone calls were exchanged over a number of days during which time we had a price increase on some of our cabinets.

We were able to offer a discount by the time the quote was requested to go some way toward absorbing the price increase. We hope to have gained another happy customer.
