Shipping and
Returns
DO NOT place an order unless you
agree to the below:
Customers MUST provide a telephone number for the
purpose of passing on to the courier to avoid delay in receiving
orders.
All deliveries are
made to street level only.
Shop items are subject to the following UK mainland delivery
costs (guide only):
£10.00 + VAT for orders under £100.00 exc. VAT, not
including the cost of any wall mount cabinets on which delivery
is charged as per the product's page
£10.00 - £15.00 + VAT for small cabinets (5u - 12u) 1-2 days
Shipping of smaller items may be sent by Business Post 1-3 days.
Orders received by 2.00 PM may be processed the same day.
The customer may specify a desired delivery date and we will
contact the customer if this cannot be met. That said, we have
no control over the courier or pallet delivery networks and
cannot be held responsible for their mistakes.
For non UK mainland delivery, and delivery beyond Glasgow,
please contact us for delivery price first.
IMPORTANT:
For courier deliveries, the customer must make sure
someone is available to take delivery of the item. A
redelivery charge of £10.00 + VAT may be payable if the customer
has not made sure that someone is available to take delivery,
or collection from the local depot will have to be arranged by
the customer - this is at the couriers discretion. By placing
an order you agree to be bound by these terms. (This may
apply even if you refuse the item)
IMPORTANT:
For pallet deliveries the customer MUST make sure
someone is available to take delivery and sign for the delivery
before placing the order. A redelivery charge of up
to £60 + VAT will have to be paid if incorrect details are given
or someone cannot take delivery of the item and
by placing an order for a pallet delivery item you accept to be
bound by these terms. (This may apply even if you refuse the
item)
Stock Levels
We do all we can to ensure
that when an item is out of stock, we lable it as so in the
item's description (** OUT OF STOCK **).
Always check the item description for any delivery date
notifications. In the event that you place an order for an item
that is in fact out of stock at our warehouse, we will notify
you straight away offering you an alternative or a full and
immediate refund.
Returns
Only defective items can be returned providing you check the
goods on delivery in front of the driver before signing for them
as 'defective'. Unfortunately, signing 'unchecked' is no longer
acceptable to couriers. Goods in perfect condition can be
returned to us at the cost of the buyer. The buyer will receive
a refund of: the value of the cabinet less our original shipping
costs OR a restocking fee of 15% (whichever is the greater)
Example:
Cabinet inc. delivery = £500 to the buyer
Our cost to ship = £45
Buyer decides no longer want it
Buyer must pay for cabinet to be returned in perfect condition
(we can quote for pick-up)
When cabinet is received by us, refund will be calculated as
£500 less £75 (as in this case, 15% restocking fee is greater
than our cost of £45 to ship)
Refund = £425 (assuming buyer arranged own shipping back to us)
