The following terms
and conditions apply to all transactions on Network Cabinets
(this Website). Using this Website indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions. Placing an order indicates your
acceptance and the terms listed are subject to change at any
time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted
onto the site. Please read them carefully and print a copy for
future reference.
General
These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods
using this website you must be at least 18 years of age and
accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for
goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these
terms and conditions.
Accuracy of Product
Information and the Description of Goods
Product
specifications, images and other information published on our
Website have either been made accessible by suppliers,
manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from
public-domain sources. The intention of Network Cabinets is that
all information on the Website should be as accurate and up to
date as possible. Network Cabinets cannot guarantee the
reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within
its pages. Actions taken by the user of the Website are the
responsibility of the individual. Images, descriptive matter,
specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole
purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Stock
levels are indicative only. If stock is showing low, please
contact us first and we will do a real-time stock check. Always
check the item description for any delivery date notifications.
Payment and Price
The total price
payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you
place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We
are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of
any increase in our supplier's prices or the imposition of any
taxes or duties. Prices may be subject to change if the price
published for the goods is wrong. In all cases we will inform
you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel
the order.
Payment Methods
We accept (via
Google Checkout or PayPal) all major Credit and Debit cards as forms of payment.
You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot
dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take
at least 14 days. Your order will only be processed once
authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
Availability of
Goods
All products and
services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any
time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not
charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid
for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating
you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the
goods.
In the unlikely
event we are unable to provide the item we will not charge you
for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. We

Delivery Charges
(added at end of Checkout)
Irrespective of
'FREE Delivery' promotions or displayed delivery prices, our
packing and delivery for all floor standing cabinets is up to
£60 + VAT, wall mount cabinets is up to £15 + VAT and all other
items up to £10 + VAT to UK mainland. These prices are used when
refunds and exchanges are calculated.
This excludes
Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and
Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer
Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).
All prices on our
Web site are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added
to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices
quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland
(BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA,
ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the
Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges (Email us
for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays. AM and
Saturday deliveries are optional and will also incur additional
charges. These can be obtained upon application.
The buyer must
supply a valid telephone number and contact name at the
Checkout, or PayPal Checkout (use special instructions) so as to
avoid delay in receiving the item. We pass this on to the
courier only.
The buyer must make sure someone is available to take delivery
of the item. A redelivery charge of £10.00 + VAT may be payable
if the customer has not made sure that some is available to take
delivery, or collection from the local depot will have to be
arranged by the customer - this is at the couriers discretion.
For pallet deliveries the customer MUST make sure someone is
available to take delivery and sign for the delivery before
placing the order. A redelivery charge of up to £60 + VAT will
have to be paid if incorrect details are given or someone cannot
take delivery of the item. Orders can only be cancelled the same
day before 1.00 PM
Delivery Times
Most items are
delivered within 3 working days from the date of order. We will
endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion
goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods
is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the
delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be
liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses
caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Risk
As soon as we have
delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for
them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and
goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of
receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods
shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods,
shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the
delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for
Notification of Claims
If goods arrive in a
damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery
consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us
within 1 day from delivery. It is your responsibility to sign
for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's
delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the
consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us
within 7 days from delivery. If we supplied you with a product
other than ordered it is your responsibility to notify us of any
incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery. Network
Cabinets will not accept liability for goods lost in transit
unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery
date.
If goods returned
under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working
order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee
of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage
will be charged to your credit card account or you may not
receive a full refund.
Product Guarantees
- General
All products
supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of Network
Cabinets for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically
excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
Goods must be
returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components
and accessories.
Goods must be
complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have
opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so
without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product
in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
Goods must be
returned to our Returns Department within 14 days from
authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and
non-faulty items after the 14 days.
Any 'FREE GIFTS'
with the products must also be returned.
Returns and Refunds
Enquiries :
First, obtain a
returns number by using the Contact page.
Then, please return
items under the above policy to the address we will provide you
with.
Please note:
You must organise the return the unwanted items at your expense
and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation
and a returns authorisation number. The returns authorisation is
valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior
returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost
of delivery charged to your account even if you refuse delivery.
Refunds: Full refund
of the cost of the goods only is wholly conditional upon the
above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after
a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to
check for completeness and correct product return.
Cancelled orders or
Goods received back complete as NEW and unused and in original
box and packaging including all accessories and in re-sellable
condition: You will be refunded the full invoice price less 15%
Re-Stocking fee and less delivery cost.
Goods received back
complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but
with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full invoice
price less 15% Re-Stocking fee, less delivery cost and less
price of accessories.
Goods received back
not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these
back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back
to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
Other
You will own the
goods once we have received your payment in full. We will issue
you with an electronic invoice by Email on request. Failure by
us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect
our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
